NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The drawing is sponsored and administered by Better World Regulatory Coalition Inc. ("BWRCI" or "Sponsor"), Chicago, Illinois. BWRCI acts as curator of entries submitted through thefinalsay.org.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and officers of the Sponsor, the author of HUMAN INTELLIGENCE: The Final Say, and the members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Entry period

The drawing begins on October 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on January 10, 2027 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the drawing.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, visit thefinalsay.org/commandments, submit your answers to the challenge (or choose to view the answers), and complete the entry form with a valid email address, confirming your eligibility and agreement to these Official Rules.

5. Prizes

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is one (1) signed Limited Edition hardcover copy of HUMAN INTELLIGENCE: The Final Say, sealed as a BWRCI Presentation Copy, with a personalized embossed seal bearing the winner's name and a message. The Limited Edition is limited to 110 copies, 100 of which are reserved for presentation to leaders. Approximate retail value: US $100 each. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: US $1,000.

Each prize is personalized and assembled by hand. Prizes ship free of charge to an address within the United States, within approximately eight (8) weeks after the winner's confirmation. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable.

6. Drawing and odds

On or about January 15, 2027, Sponsor will select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided on their entry. A potential winner must reply within fourteen (14) days with a U.S. shipping address, confirmation of eligibility, and the name to appear on the personalized seal. Personalization wording is subject to Sponsor's approval; Sponsor may decline wording it considers inappropriate and use the winner's name alone. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or a notification is returned as undeliverable, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Your information

Entries are collected through Formspree on behalf of BWRCI and used to administer this drawing. If you check the updates box, BWRCI may also send you occasional updates about the book and related work; you can unsubscribe at any time. If you check the feature box, BWRCI may publish your reasoning on thefinalsay.org with your first name and city. BWRCI does not sell entrant information.

Separately from the entry form, the challenge page may record anonymous answer data (with no email or name) to show combined results such as how many readers identified each voice.

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
